1. What are your rates?
On-site: We charge on an hourly basis with a one hour minimum.
Remote: We charge on a half-hour basis with a half-hour minimum.

2. Is there a traveling or commuting fee?
No. Any commuting is on our dime and our time.
3. How long will my service call take?
There's really no way we can guarantee an exact time frame until
one of our technicians can assess the entirety of the job. However,
an average service call rarely exceeds 2 hours.
4. Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. If we're not able to alleviate your problem, you will not be
charged. It's that simple!
5. Is it possible to drop off my system(s) instead?
No. Our business is committed to providing our services at your
location and at your convenience. In some cases it may be necessary
to move your system(s) and/or relevant equipment off-site for repairs.
6. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances do occur, however, we
ask that you kindly notify us of any appointment cancellations or reschedules
at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Do you sell service contracts?
Yes, we do offer service contracts based on hourly blocks of time.
